If you’ve been looking for a clean ingredient burger sauce recipe that fits within the Keto and Paleo diets, this is it. Just the right amount of spicy and makes burgers taste incredible! And try this with your steak next time, incredibly delicious.
Avoid Grocery Store Sauces
Just about every sauce you buy at the grocery store is loaded with unhealthy oils, typically the first ingredient too. In particular, linoleic acid (high in Omega 6’s) which leads to inflammation. Oils high in linoleic acid include vegetable and seed oils such as sunflower, safflower, soybean, corn, and canola oils.
Ingredients in the Burger Sauce
For exact amounts see the recipe card below. This burger sauce recipe includes 3 great sauces to have on hand, all of which are included here at Our Paleo Life: Mayo, Horseradish, and Worcestershire.
The base of any good burger sauce starts with Mayo. This mayo recipe is super clean, ingredients include Eggs, Fresh Lime Juice, Dry Mustard, Salt, and Avocado Oil.
Add the right amount of kick to your next prime rib dinner or whatever beef recipe you might be going with for dinner. This add-in creamy horseradish sauce to the burger sauce is key!
Our Worcestershire Sauce recipe is Paleo approved and is a great option to have on hand (for recipes like this one).
