I like to consider myself a connoisseur of cakes, and when this grain-free miracle came out of the oven, I couldn’t believe my tastebuds. Not only is the taste chocolatey perfection, but the texture is spot on. I guarantee even gluten eaters wouldn’t know the difference in a blind taste test.
