This is one of those meals that never really gets old. Once you have the simple concept down you can mix it up with different add-ons. This is also one of those meals that even the most picky eater will love.
Keto Taco Bowl Recipe

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning Blend
- 1 batch Best Guacamole
- 3 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese, or to taste
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream, or to taste
- 1/2 cup Salsa, or to taste
- 1/2 can Black Olives, sliced

Pro tip: make a lot of the taco meat to keep in the fridge – this is a recipe that when heated up as a left over, it tastes exactly the same as it did the day you made it fresh. Enjoy!
Tasty Taco Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 Tbsp Cardnl Tasty Taco Seasoning Blend
- 1 batch Best Guacamole
- 3 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese, or to taste
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream, or to taste
- 1/2 cup Salsa, or to taste
- 1/2 can Black Olives, sliced
Instructions
- In a medium skillet over medeium-high heat, brown the groundbeef, breaking up into crumbles with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Once browned all the way through, reduce heat to medium-low and add Tasty Taco Seasoning. Stir to mix completely and remove from heat.
- While ground beef is cooking, prepare the guacamole.
- Layer ingredients in 4 bowls in the order below:
- Ground Beef
- Cheddar Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Salsa
- Guacamole
- Black Olives - Eat right away. Leftovers can be store in the fridge up to one week and can be reheated only once (assuming you've added the toppings to the ground beef).
